Utah

Utah  became the 45th state in 1896. Physically it is a rugged and geographically diverse state at the convergence of three distinct geological regions: the Rocky Mountains, the Great Basin, and the Colorado Plateau.  

Per the Census statistics for 2020,Utah has a total population of 3.27M people of which 3.07M live in incorporated places (source: US Census Bureau 2020 data).
